I Believe…
…that as a professional, I am committed to providing my clients with the greatest service, at the most reasonable cost. I treat clients as individuals, each with specific and unique needs. As such, I make myself available to support any issues I can, by e-mail, telephone or remote connection, at all hours of the day or night. I consider it a matter of professional responsibility, to provide my clients with as much support outside of ‘billable hours’ as possible, encouraging them to contact me with any issue, big or small.
I believe I bring a personal touch to your experience as a client. I’ve spent much time in the past running tutorials and teaching and understand that patience is required. While I do run a business, I appreciate loyalty and reward clients as often as possible with free on-site consults. On numerous occasions, I’ll drop in for five or ten minutes to resolve a matter and leave insisting on not being paid, because I appreciate your business, and consider it a customer loyalty reward for spending a small amount of time to fix a large problem you’re experiencing.
I don’t charge for time spent on an issue that I can’t resolve to your satisfaction. If you’re having an issue with a monitor, or your printer isn’t functioning, and I spend half an hour trying to fix either, without a positive result, that’s not time you will be charged for. Any problems that arise out of a solution I have previously install, will be treated at no cost to you either. If I install a new operating system and have to return to your place to fix your printer as a result, you aren’t being charged either.
My singular goal is to provide you with a 100% satisfactory service; and I’m VERY receptive and acknowledging of any feedback, good or bad, that I’m to receive from a client.
The service I offer invariably, free of charge, is pre-purchase consulting. Whether it’s hardware or software, it’s my goal to save you money. My experience has given me the tools to provide you with a service you will undoubtedly find very valuable. Remember that I’m not happy, ’til you’re happy!
